Lut Design is based in Western Massachusetts and has been providing thoughtful building and site designs for our clients since 2014. The principals of the company have both been enthusiastically working in the engineering field for the last 2+ decades on commercial, residential, and industrial projects throughout Massachusetts and Connecticut.

We are a multidiscipline firm that believes that a good designer shouldn’t just understand their portion of a project, but needs to understand all parts of it, so that the final product is cohesive and unwasteful. Too often architects and engineers design-delegate portions of a scope, or recommend another third party firm be added to the team, rather than broaden their horizons and expand on what they know how to design.
